As a means to stretch out my legs after my long run on Sunday, I have taken up rollerblading a couple days a week. I have to admit, zooming along the canal past the runners is one of my favorite activites to start off the morning. The quickened pace and the wind in my hair is simply perfect.

Reflection

Recently, I've been reflecting on the past and pondering what to do with the future. Since I'm one for organization I've taken to scheduling events and activities as a means to 'plan' the future. Planning has always been my forte but so has procrastination... A few days ago, I realized that I have only 6 weeks to train for my Half Marathon. Now that's what you call procrastination at its finest! Needless to say, I'm a bit concerned for the amount of training that I'll need to endure to be able to successfully complete the race.

Strides

I went for a 8K run last night and my legs are feeling a bit stiff, but that's nothing that a pair of heels (that could give you vertigo) won't be able to fix.
