Run Baby Run


I've officially registered for the Half-Marathon race in May. There's no turning back now!
If you're interested in training for a Half-Marathon, I found two training programs online that I will be following from Fitness.com and at More.ca. More offers a 16-week program and Fitness offers a 8 week plan (in case you start training at a later date). I've decided to incorporate both plans since I'm starting my training now. I'm also working on a playlist that will keep me energized for the run on race day (pretty organized--I know!)
